Billing questions
How do I pay?
Through Shopify. When you pick a plan inside the app, Shopify asks you to approve the charge, and it shows up on your regular Shopify bill. We never see your card.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you keep the plan, Shopify starts charging the monthly price. If you switch back to Free or uninstall during the 7 days, you aren't charged.
What if I drop to a smaller plan?
We don't delete anything. If you have more charts than the new plan allows, your oldest active charts stay live on the store and the rest are marked "Over plan limit" in the app. You can pause one to swap which charts are live. Upgrade again and they all come back.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Switch to Free in the app, or uninstall it. Shopify stops the charge straight away.
