Open Tapeline in your Shopify admin. On the home page, click Add button to product page. Your theme editor opens with the Size chart block added. Drag it under the size picker and click Save.

If you'd rather not touch the product layout, click Turn on floating button instead. That puts a small Size chart button in the corner of product pages.

1. Is the Size chart block (or the floating button) added and saved in the theme editor? This is the most common one.
2. Does one of the chart's rules match the product? A rule of "All products" is the quickest test.
3. Is the chart active? In the app it should say Active, not Paused or Over plan limit.
4. Is the theme you edited the one that's published?

The one with the higher priority number. On a tie, the more specific rule wins: a single product, then collection, then tag or product type, then vendor, then all products. If it's still a tie, the most recently edited chart wins.

We can't promise a number. Wrong size is one of the most common reasons clothing comes back, but a chart only helps if shoppers see it and the measurements are right. Tapeline puts the chart next to the size picker and keeps it readable on phones; the measurements are up to you. A fair test is to note your return reasons in Shopify for a month before and a month after.

The shopper enters some measurements (chest, waist, hip, or height and weight), the size they usually wear, and a fit preference. Tapeline compares those against the ranges in your chart and suggests the closest size, and mentions the next size if they're in between. It works best when your chart has columns with clear names like Chest, Waist, Hip, Height or Weight. Nothing the shopper types is sent to our servers. It's included on Starter and Pro.

Yes. You can paste tables into the importer yourself, or email us your store address and a list of charts and we'll do it for free.

The storefront script is about 3 KB gzipped and Shopify loads it after the page. The Find my size code is separate and only downloads when a shopper actually uses it. Chart data is cached close to the shopper.

Yes. The button text is set in the app's settings, and the block has its own options in the theme editor.

Shopify cancels any paid plan straight away. Your charts are kept for 48 hours in case you reinstall. After that Shopify sends us a data deletion request and we delete everything for your store.
