These terms apply when you install or use Tapeline Size Charts on a Shopify store. By installing the app you agree to them. They sit alongside Shopify's own terms, which also apply.
The service
Tapeline lets you create size charts, choose which products they appear on, and show them on your storefront. We work to keep it running and fix problems quickly, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or have bugs.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify at the price shown in the app when you subscribe. Starter and Pro begin with a 7 day free trial. You can change plans or cancel at any time from the app, and uninstalling cancels the subscription. Shopify's billing rules decide any refunds or credits for a partial month. If we ever change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.
Your content
Your charts belong to you. You give us permission to store them and show them on your store so the app can work. You're responsible for the measurements and for having the right to use anything you upload, including supplier sheets and images.
Fair use
Please don't use the app to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, or to copy the app itself. We can suspend a store that does.
Size suggestions
Find my size gives an estimate based on the chart you provide and what the shopper enters. It's a guide, not a guarantee of fit, and we aren't responsible for returns or exchanges that happen anyway.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using Tapeline at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app, and if we do we'll give at least 30 days' notice where we can. What happens to your data is covered in our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
